How to shrink a 100% cotton skirt?
What’s the best way to shrink a 100% cotton skirt? The tag says to wash it in cold water and dry on low heat. It’s 1 or 2 sizes too small. Should I wash it in hot water or warm? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
Walkertall, I can’t return the skirt, I bought it over a year ago and it fit fine at the time. Since then, I’ve lost some weight and it no longer fits me but it was one of my favorite skirts, so I really wanted to try to find some way to shrink it so that I could still wear it. And, Fau, it’s not for my dog. He dosen’t like wearing clothes, and I wouldn’t ask a question if I didn’t genuinely need help finding the answer, so if you don’t know the answer, or if you think it’s a stupid question, feel free to ignore the question in the future. Thanks!
