how to get your jans to shrink

I got new jeans but they are a little bit big in the butt and legs how can I shrink them so that they stay tight

Wash them a few times. For some reaosn,whenever I wash my jeans,they always shrink a bit.

I put mine in the dryer a couple times and that helps them stay tight.
