How to pop my hip?
How do I pop my hip like a knuckle cause I can feel that it needs to be popped and I’ve tried kicking and stretching but it wont pop and it doesnt hurt just bothers me?
Lay on your back and lift your leg in the air- straight up, while keeping your shoulders flat on the ground, cross your leg over the other one and bring it slowly down to your side.
Your hips should roll and your spine should twist very slightly.
Do this with both legs/sides. I do it to stretch my lower back and my hips occasionally pop.
Don’t over extend either, only move your legs/back to their maximum range of motion. That is, don’t stretch to the point of causing pain. It’ll work or it won’t.
Don’t strain yourself because you think it’s not working.
Try getting a massage.
