How to measure height?
Hi how am I supposed to measure my height? When I stand perfectly straight with both feet exactly next to each other (ie not spaced apart) im around 5ft 6.5 inch. Am I supposed to space my feet out and how should my posture be?
You were correct with the feet not spaced apart. That’s how they do your height if you go to a doctor.
Feet together, back straight, shoulders back.
