How do I make my nails grow faster? I’v seen an ad for like, a pill or somthing that you eat… But ewww…
No, no no. Don’t be taking pills for nails :). Just get the Maximum Growth nail polish and remove it and put it on again after a few days, don’t chew your nails off because then ya wont get anywhere. Then I know this is going to sound odd but if you have any rubber bands, rub then on your skin by your nail beds, and on your nails then try biting them. Do it everyday and you will notice a HUGE change!

um try trimming your nails…if you bite them try to stop that habit…scratching things would help you get longer nails too…
From what I know make sure your getting a lot of protein in your diet and taking a multi vitamin can also help. Try to increase blood flow to your hands with exercise this is also said to make nails grow faster.
