How can I make my nails grow faster
I really want my nails to grow faster and longer…but I dont know how…I’ve been rubbing garlic on them every night befor I go to bed and I apply this nail growth jelly 2wice a day but I havnt seen improvement..do you guys think that maybe im applying to many things on my nails or what ?because they dont want to grow!! Pleaze help!!??
Vitamin E helps too (: like if you have tablets. That also helps with strech marks, like if you break the gel tablets open and rub them on your nails it helps.

Everynight before you go to bed, put lotion on them. Rub it in good. That’s what I’ve been doing and my nails have grown like crazy!
the most improtant fing dont do too mny things to grow your nails . focus on like 1 or 2 things …drink milk and also like if you suck them don’t and den eat healthy but not all healthy…hope it helps…answa ma question too
