Whip until soft - 200 grams of butter (or 100 grams of butter and 100 grams of vegetable shortening), add 500 grams of icing sugar, little by little (it will be very dry), add 2 tablespoons of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla….whip for at least another 10 minutes for soft, fluffy icing.
