How to make a photo look like drawing pic ?

Although Picnik is more for resizing and exposure, Lunapic is great for those kind of animations. For what your talking about, I recommend Lunapic.

After uploading, put your mouse on the ‘animations’ button, then click on either ‘charcoal’ or ‘pencil sketch’ depending on what you want. Or just play around with the animations and effects. You’ll love it, they have so much!
