How to lose weight healthy?

should I lose some weight? I am 14 and weigh 85.6 and am 5 feet tall. I don’t feel very skinny, and I don’t want to have an eating disorder to lose weight, but should I lose some weight and if so, how? (in a very healthy way!!)

I don’t think you need to worry- you’re tiny. As thedude says, maybe just do some cardio. I go by the idea of “Push play for 30 a day”- exercise for 30 mins a day- this could be walking, playing tag, jumping on the trampoline… whatever. Feeling healthy is better than looking skinny.

From your description, it doesn’t sound like you need to lose weight.

If you don’t feel healthy, then do some cardio as that’s the best for you health wise - eg, run, bike, jog, walk, use a machine, etc.
