I really need some advised on how to loose weight in my arms… What is it… Bout how long does it take… How many times a week…

umm, if you really what to loose weight in your arms I would work them out really hard two times a week spaced out. do all exercises with low weight so you can do high reps ranging from 20-40 doing sets of 3. here are some bicep exercises- hammer curls, regular curls, and negative rep curls they are all your pretty basic bicep exercises. then for your tricep- dumbell kick-backs, over head extensions, and skull crushers. I could describe each and every one to you but thats very hard and you could not understand it and do it the wrong way, causing you to hurt yourself. so I advise you to go on youtube and search these workouts to know how to properly do them. good luck!! get you some dumbbells about 5-10 lbs. I recommend curls 3 sets of 3 reps 3 times a week for about 3 months
