How to increase my weight
HI, I’am 21 Years old and my weight is just 50KG. My life is like sleep in day and work in night. I work in a call center.
I leave home by 4 PM and come back to home by 6 AM.
I am very thin and I was an athlete when I was in school. I used to do lots of excercise that made my body looks like an athlete . Just some cuts and pack abs and arms. But it is so small. I smoke around 8 cigretes a day and belive me to be honest I got many girl friends and I have sex with them daily. Like 8 times a week approx. I think that will damage my help. But can’t help. I’m ready to reduce it like twice a week.
Can someone help me to increase my weight. On non neg I just eat (egg, chicken biriyani without pieces).
And also my friend told me that in gyms they sell a powder to increase the weight and increase muscles. I can try that, but I don want to take risk before consulting with you guys…

my boyfriend takes whey gain its completly healthy for you all it is is protein thats what the male body need to increase muscle mass and weight. but what is even cheaper is eggs they have a huge amout of protein. but the supplments like the pills I wudnt suggest they have all sorts of diffrent things in them caffine for one. but ya just try a place like popyes they have a huge selection of whey gain

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Eat a lot of carbs, but balance it out and do simple easy excercises, like yoga :) But yes, eat all your meals, if not possible take along with you meal bars, like the eSOUTH BEACH DIET meal bars, theyre great if you dont have time to prepare something to eat.
