excersise and eat healthy! sum girls do it with anerexcia and bulemia but tust me from experience its a HORRIBLE idea If you excersise daily and eat healthy foods you shuld drop sum pounds :)
weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
I was on a diet . For my sport taekwondo. I had to loose 1.kg a week. I did this . I did 2kg in 2 weeks. Keeped it off
I went for a 2.5km run every tuesday and friday
- I had soccer, taekwondo trainging 5 times a week
I had to fizzy no lollies .

dude you can look up your BMI on the internet its so easy! I check mine every so often just go to google type in BMI score then it shuld have sumtin if your BMI is under 18 your under weight 18.5 to 24.9 is average and 25 to 30 is over weight check it out

thats so stupid! 4get pills and fasting its stupid and dangerous you could have a heart attack your hair can fall out! (ya not pretty) your body eventually starts shutting down all your muscles and then you can get paralized because your body is trying to safe your energy to keep your heart and other important things in your body going so it shuts down your arms and legs and stuff and pills have horrible side effects 2 you no? excersise and healthy eating! smart smart and if it doesnt work talk to a doctor
