How to get rid of fat and strech marks?

Im really feeling low about this, every one makes fun of me ! Im a 15 year old girl and weigh nearly 11 stone!! Im also only five foot. I’ve tried everything ! From trying to make myself sick to starving myself I dont know what to do!

Eat healthy foods, but DONT starve yourself, thats suisidal. Exercise daily, but dont push yourself. Oh, and the stretch marks come from losing and gaining weight over over which stretches the skin leaving dark marks on your skin. You can get rid of them by using cocoa butter. That’s what I used and it worked for me, so it should work for you. HAHA! Good luck!

make sure you exercise a few times a week, and make healthy eating choices… like instead of that candy or soda eat a few pieces of dried fruit. I promise it does taste like candy but its not!!! and its also very good for you. drink lots of water!!! WATER! WATER! WATER! its a filler but 0 for carbs and everything. school lunches can also be a problem if you eat in the cafeteria too! just make sure you get lots of colo, like lots of vegetables, a salad maybe. but dont limit yourslef to these things, your body DOES need some carbs and protein to function properly daily and to cut them out would actually hinder your weight loss… some say to cut out bread or sweets and junk food. I say dont. you can still eat some candy and sweets just dont eat it in excess. like if your craving that favorite candybar, then eat it; IN FUN SIZE. these awesome little candybars give your sweettooth what it wants but your not loading your body will all the sugar and stuff which turns to fat… dont listen to what those other people say about you either… have a positive attitude! find something you like about you, like your smile,and when you wake up in the morning, after you get ready or whatever look in the mirror and say “man my _ looks so great today!” and keep that thought in your head all day. only allow those positive comments people say about you to effect you. a healthy body starts with a healthy mind!!! I HOPE I WAS SOME HELP!!!

Starving yourself won’t work. Because you are overweight if you starve yourself your body will cling onto the fat that will then become stored fat which is much harder to get rid of Just eat small portions of foods at specific times of the day, excersize more often.
