How can I get my metabolism up?

im 15 5”11 and weigh 137 pounds I want to get bigger and my metabolism is high so I cant gain weight I eat much more than all my friends who a lot are bigger than me. any advice on how I could get more muscle and gain weight

also im lacking arm muscles thats what I need the most

You need to eat at least 1,000 caloriesw, or your body goes into starvation mode. Too low calories dieting slows your metabolism and makes it actually harder to lose weight. A smaller reduction (10-15%) in calories is going to protect lean muscle and less likely to to slow metabolism. Nake sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Eat every 4-5 hours. Protein with every meal. Your metabolism increases with every time you eat.

try lifting weights regularly…I do…and I have bigger arm/leg muscles than some guys. I take a weight lifting class at my highschool. To get stronger, lift a number of pounds and do about 10 reps. then do another set about 5 to 10 lbs. heavier. Eat lots of protein…and drink energy drinks like powerade or gatorade. You want to get more muscles…not fat…so choose the healthy food that won’t give you high cholesterol when you’re 30.
