How to get my arm thinner?

what are some fast ways to get my arm thinner for the summer, without getting huge ugly muscles?

Yeah sure I’ll believe it whenever I see it. If you count seeing muscle as big then I guess but if you’re talking about 15 inch arms then I don’t believe it at all unless she’s fat.

theinjun, Actually, it IS possible for a woman to get huge arms (and not by taking any pills). I weighed around 125 and I’m 5’8”. My arms got huge but the rest of me was the same. Over the years it straightened out but I never knew what caused it unless it was a thyroid problem

jjjhehepoo, As far as I know, there’s no fast way to get your arms thinner in a few months. Seems to me that if you work out, you’re going to get some muscles. From your pics, your arms don’t look so big.

Easy. Mix cardio workout - running and cross trainer are great int he gym and skipping if you are at home. Add to this some specific moves. I have done some for my blog with pictures to show you exactly how to do them. they are very effective. jjjhehepoo. OK..when you are watching some TV get 2 chairs. Place them about 2 to 3 feet apart. Sit in between the 2 chairs on the floor so your feet and legs are straight out. Get in position so you are holding yourself up with your hands and arms using the 2 chairs..Slowly lower yourself down about 8 to 10 inches..Then push yourself straight up. That is one rep…Try and do 8 to 10 reps…( this is one set) Rest maybe a minute or 2 then repeat a set..Try and do 10 to 12 sets each day then after that gets easy funmail me for some other workouts.

I think muscles are sexy…not huge ones, but some muscle will look good and fit.

I think tone arms on a woman are very sexy because I can tell bodyfat percentage by looking at the back of their arms. Also even if you worked out your arms everyday it is not humanly possible for a woman to get huge arms without taking ‘enhancers’ or ‘supplements’.

My advice is to start working out your triceps because a woman’s tricep is a lot weaker than a males and much harder to build so it is probaby loose and making you arm droop and swing back and forth whenever you wave at someone =P
