How to gain will power?
I have been going for a nutrition doctor and going on a diet for about 5 months now, in the begening I was very strongly following the diet, but because of my busy university schedule I couldnt exercise, I went from 154 lb to 138 lb in 4 months, probably could’ve lost more if I exercied regularly and didnt break my diet every now and then, my problem is I have very low self deciplince, and I am an extremest, once I eat something outside my diet I go all out and cant stop, and it really husrt, and now for the past 2 weeks I have been eating very badly and quickly gained most of the weight I lost, now I am about 149, I dont know how to develop my will power, any body have an idea?
Think about the person you will become, the person you have aspired to be. It’s achievable, simply by being self disciplined. You WILL achieve the body you want if you simply exercise and stick to a healthy diet. What more motivation could you need? Ignore the folly about the alternative weight loss methods, there are no quick fixes. You need to make a long lasting lifestyle change. I’m sure you could fit exercise in if you considered it a priority. That would compensate for some of the bad stuff you eat too
Ok I no waht you are talking about I have the same problem but this is what I do I just think bad thoughts and prey for help and another think that will help dont set your self around those food that is what I do and if I think about those foods I just tell myself you can do then tell your self your goal inside of head or out loud and if you fell like you didnt work out enough during the day and you have some time to type of work out and always keep busy.
I don’t know what crank is on about, but it sounds like you need to get something to motivate you.
how about on your fridge, or where ever you can see it put a picture of you currently in a bikini and one of how you would like to look (make it realistic), so that you have a reminder of where you are going and why you are doing what you are doing.
also how about joining a gym, and building a support system with people in the same situation as you, it’s a lot easier losing weight when you have support.
okay first of all you have to buy mega mass its supplement. then shake it with milk and drink it… it will take 10 to 12 mins… then u’ll be able to get power because that was your will.. so will power or second one is… make attack with knife on your lawyer. after that get your will with full power … then u’ll have power.. so will power simple
