How do I loose weight whenn I dont have will power?

Im 16 years old.. And I weigh somewhere between 140-145 pounds… Some might not think thats fat.. But its all in my stomach and thighs .. And I get so embarassed wearing tight clothes.. And everyday I say im gnna eat less and stop eatin junk.. But I dont have the will power.. If I see chocolate.. Ill eat it.. And if I dont feel full.. Ill keep eating.. And I cant seem to stop doing this.. And I keep gaining weight.. How could I get myself to stop doing this and gain some will power:(

well I have big thighs too an a stomach but I am losin weight an people are starting to notice I am too..what I did was just drink water an maybe juice ONCE a day and I will eat small amount of food an snack in between healthy snacks like snack bars and I exercise maybe 2 times a week just a little walk around the neighorhood with company to make it fun and I also eat breakfast to..breakfast is the most important meal of the day an I never use to eat breakfast an I wil come back home and just eat to the extreme but now since I what it I am now seein that I am loosing weight an my clothes fit different…I think you should try!
