How can I burn carbs and calories?

Hi all, i’m reallyyy desperately trying to loose weight. i know i am not overweight, but i want to be skinnier. i am just hoping everyone - anyone at all, can give me some little help, guidelines and tips. i know that if you eat fruit, only fruit, for a whole week, no matter how much you eat, as long as it’s fruit, you can loose ten pounds. and other stuff like that, but i was just hoping people here could PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me some help (besides than things like exercise and eat less.. etc) i drink loads of water and walk 1 or more hours a day… PLEEEASE HELP i want to be thin because i’m going to meet this guy that i am serioulsy in love with, after like 1 whole year cuz he went off to uni, and i want to look as good as i can. I AM MEETING HIM IN A MONTH!!! HELP!! thank you so much to anybody who helps. x

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
