ok first what you do is get the price and percentage. so for example the price is 20.00 and it is 5% off what you would do is put the 20 on top and the .5 under it so it would look like this 20 —.5. then just multiply your answer should be 10.0 well you move the decimal over one to the left so it is 1.00 then you just subtract 20.00 - 1.00. so if you were buying aa shirt that cost 20 dollors you would pay 19 dollors instead. it sounds complicated but it is really easy once you get it
