How should I deal with strict parents?

My mom is really strict with me when it comes to dating and relationships. I am 18 years old but she still doesn’t think that i am old enough to make my own decisions. She strongly believes that i should not have sx before i am married. Now we aren’t religious and it isn’t the way of our culture to do so and there is nothing that would prevent me. I’ve been going out with my boyfriend for 9 months now and we’ve had sx. She doesn’t know yet but it’s only a matter of time before she figures it out one day. What should I tell her if she finds out and how should i deal with it?

You are 18, legally an adult. Dont worry about what your mom wants you to do. Do whatever you want.

First of all, you are 18 years old not 8. You are old enough to make your own decisions about what you want to do with your life and your body. Your mom needs to realize that you’re an adult and not a child anymore and she can’t be incharge of everything you do otherwise you’ll never learn on your own.

u simpley say it was my desion not yours im 18 im alwoed to make my own desions now and there nothing u can do about it
