How old do I have to be to move out in Florida?

I’m 18 and I’m a junior at my high school. I was wondering if I can move out of my parent’s house even though I’m still in high school. I don’t know the laws in florida. thank you

Answer #1

what they said but I know…once you are 18 you are considered an adult…even if you are in high school still you can move out..you can do whatever you want because you are an adult in the eyes of the law…even at school you are an adult…you can turn everything over to you so your parents cant have a say about anything at school..you can sign yourself out and everything.
