When is it legal for a 15year old mother to move out?

I am 15 years old and I have a daughter. I am wanting to move in with my boyfriend/ her dad. he is 16 and is still with his mom. she has agreed if I can move out I can live with her. how can I go about this.

Answer #1

Unless you have the permission from your parents or guardians, it makes no difference if you are a mother or not. You are still legally under their supervision. Until you are of legal age, you cannot make decisions about where you want to live without their consent.

Answer #2

there is nothing wrong with that IF and ONLY IF it is a stable home inviornment because you dont want CPS involved
