how noticeable are nose rings?

No offense but your friends mom isnt very smart then if your going to an actual piercing shop, there is NO WAY she’ll get away with it, the only place you can legally get any piercing besides ears is at a tattoo/piercing shop, and there you but be a certain age, no younger than like 13 anywhere I believe. You need your birth certifict, YOU need a photo ID, and your parent or gardian needs there ID, if they are not your blood parents they will also need to show proof the they are your legal gardians.

But if you go to some bad place where youll probably git infected you should know that 1. no its not better to get a ring instead of a stud, when it comes to your nose there is no better choice both work. From personal experience, and friends experiences, plus online research I believe STUDS are better than rings for first getting your nose done. As for the ring being hide-able, how can you want your nose done but NEVER see a ring? any ways NO WAY is it hide-able, its a metal ring, its crazy noticable, studs are wayyy less noticeable but again, easily seen, specially since your nose with me red from irritation, which will draw your mothers eye to looking closer. That only way a nose pericing ISNT noticeable is with the invisable or skin ton studs.

But, my advice to you would be to jsut try and convince you mom to let you get a nose piercing, its a small piercing not very noticeable, when your not looking for it/ once its healed, and if you do subtial studs, not big ones, or rings, also it can come out or be hidden for social events est est est. I really wouldnt advice your friends mom taking you 99.9% chance it wont work and youll get your hopes up for nothing anddd you mom may find out you tried to go behind her back thus making it harder for you to convince her your self. Show her you resposible! be truthfull dont go behind her back, just TALK to her, talking goes along way, tell her what it means to you, how bad you want it, why, est est est.
