I am 13… 5 feet tall and 124 pounds I think I am fat really fat… Can you tell me how much do I have to weight???

  Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

your 5 feet tall I’m 6, and we both weight the same, so you might be a little overweighted. I suggest a fruit and veggies diet. take care and remember you can’t never be too thin. but you can always lose more weight.. XOXO

According to healthy weight meter, you should be fine with your weight. Really, there’s no perfect weight so be happy with who you are!

I think that the average weight for a 13 year old is from 105-140. I think your weight is perfectly fine. if you still feel that you want to get in shape then try doing sit-ups or weight lifting about 3-5 times a week. but remember, if you workout or do any sports or athletic activities, you might think your going to loose weight, but remember muscles are more weight than fat. but again, I think you are at a good weight for your age, I’m just giving some suggestions.
