How much should I weigh?

I’m 16 and almost 5’6. I weigh between 150 and 155. I wanna be healthy. I don’t like working out a lot, but I will commit to certain things. I wanna weigh between 125 and 135. I wanna lose around 20 pounds.

proboably being around 120-140 at that height is healthiest. cutting sweet drinks out of your diet like soda and juice cocktail can help you lose ten easy pounds without really working out or dieting. if you wanna know for sure, go online and take a body mass index calculation.
