How much should I weigh?
I am 5” 6’, weigh 236 lbs, am 30 years old, and am of a med. bone frame. I know that I’m over weight, but I’ve never really believed all the “charts” that I’ve seen about how much I should weigh, plus they are all different.
Im 5’4 and 215 and general research and from my doctor I should be 130-140. so right now Im currently 75lbs overwight. you’re 2 inches taller so maybe 140-150 for you, Thats just what Im going by since we have simialr situations. And Im 25.
I would say between 185-200 is a good weight. depends if your really muscular or more on the heavy side..muscle weighs more than fat so…hope this helps
yeah I do think your alittle overweight but between 180-200 is a good weight for your height!
