yeah youll be lucky to find one for less then 600m you see them going for about 700-1500. b/c these dog have to be a pure breed or they wouldnt be a corgi (they are dworf dogs, normal sized heads and bodies but small legs). my girlfriend wants one but as you can see they are a bit pricey. also they ae sporting dogs I know you my think but they are so small and cute. yes they are but these dog need, need , need to run around. they were and still are used as herding dogs. if you dont have a yard or take them out on long walk everyday you shouldnt get one b/c they will drive you crazy if they dont get rid of that need to run and work every day. look here for some info on the dog http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pembroke_Welsh_Corgi

it all depends on your location. I like them a lot…(course I’m really fond of herding breeds)…They are smart, funny…busy…but small. They will “herd” young children, and you have to work with them on grabbing pant legs and feet (herders can’t help but go after feet and legs)…

I’ve actually given a lot of thought to getting a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, myself.

I believe about $700 +. Depends on where ya live really though.
