How many kilos can be lost?

I run 4.5 kilometers 5 days a week each, whats the minimum weight loss per week? Im a 22 year old girl I weigh 136 pounds ,im 66.535 inches tall I think this will help you learn a bout my metabolism

firslty are you not under weight for your height anyway? and losing weight isnt just about exercise its about what your eating as well. so if your eating more to compensate for running you could possibly keep your weight the same, however if you are also dieting depending on how many calories you are eating? I would estimate you losing 2-3 pounds a week maybe more. for the record though you dont need to lose any weight hun.
