How is it morally wrong to be a homosexual?

Not everyone is perfect in our human eyes but God created us how we are supposed to be. It is the human side of the equation that is imperfect. Sexuality is only important for procreation. Sex for any other purpose is unjust and sinful. When man was created we were nude! Think of us walking around naked today! Homosexuality is a human invented result of the perferted acts of lust. Not a creation of Gods. Look on the Internet at the people who have sex with animals? Will this one day be acceptable? It states in the bible that man shall not lay with beasts. Will we find this unjust one day? Or will be be calling God cruel and unjust? Secondly, if you don’t respect Gods wishes as Adam didn’t Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins. So, you could easily misinturpet this by excepting Christ and sin freely and repeatedly.

The Bible is suppose to be God’s word and yet books have been taken out and books have been added… are not all of the books God’s word? Plus people read things and interprut them differently… so it depends on who is reading the Bible and what that person thinks it says. Most people pick and choose what they believe out of the Bible so once again its up to the person reading. Moral doesn’t always mean whether or not the Bible says yes or no. Morals can come from many different places not just the Bible. So actually there is no finite answer to your question cause everybody has different morals.

You can’t believe everything the Bible says, do what makes you happy. You’re agnostic, so I realize it probably wouldn’t bother you too much if someone said you were going to Hell because of who you chose to have sex with which is a good thing, as long as you have an open mind you’ll be fine. It’s basically all about having sex for the sake of reproduction, but I think that’s been summed up quite well here.

How is it morally wrong to be a homosexual? Simple answer…it isn’t.

The Bible does not say homosexuality is wrong. You are free to love who you want.

The part of Homosexuality that is wrong is sexual intercourse. This goes for anyone who has sex out of marriage or married with no chance of having a baby. This includes anal, condoms, birth control, blow jobs, hand jobs, boob jobs or really anyhting in which the guy spills his seed without a chance of conception.

well whats the point in interpreting the bible in your own way…it causes bad things like wars and conflict to happen… and if we shouldn’t follow everything the bible says, then wats the point in the book? it all just makes you a hypocrite…and this reply is coming from someone who is not sure if god exists or not…

I’m an atheist here but the bible is just contradicting. It gives no good reason for hardly anything. I understand be a better person and don’t kill anybody but I think somewhere along the line people just threw things into the bible that they were personally prejudice against and now we’re dealing with that today. If you are a die hard christian or a christian at all for that matter then seek out a religious leader in your church and let them help you if you’re gay. If you aren’t gay and just wondering then I hope I helped.

Moral and immoral are subjective. Competely and totally in the eye of the beholder…it’s only a sin to those who believe it is a sin…

The bible also says that all black people are descendants of one of the first real sinners. God cursed Cain with black skin. And yet, today anyone in their right mind knows that the color of your skin has nothing to do with the content of your character. They’ll say the same thing about gays someday. We’re just taking a while to get there.

God does exist, and we aren’t made to really understand everything he does. It IS wrong to be gay, in the beginning of the Bible, there is a story that talks about it. So, if you want to read it. But just know it IS bad to go against God, and his word. I hope this helped.
