How fast should I answer my boyfriends texts?

I Was texting my boyfriend and I relized that he takes super long to answer me I don’t know if it means he’s bored or just doesn’t want to seem desprate but I answer pretty fast and I don’t want him to think I’m super clingy so how long should I take to answer him?

I text my friend nearly every night, especially if shes away on a holiday… and I’ve noticed I take less time to text back ans she can just take a while.. he could just easily have gotten distracted, being asked to do something else. I wouldn’t worry about it. maybe he just can’t text very fast.

He could just be busy. But if you want to, take a while to answer him back or just don’t text him back until he sends another text. Make him think your doing other things or your busy too. It’ll make him think more about you.
