How do you trace or unblock an incoming blocked call?

I recieved a restricted call on my cell. How can I trace that call back to the original caller?

Next time they call, pick up and ask who they are. Thats really the only way to do it. It could’ve been one of your friends who automatically has their number blocked from being visible on caller ID.

There is really no way, there is a reason why block calls are invented, because you can’t trace them back!
