How do you stay focused and not stressed?

Hey, I’m soo stressed all the time from school. I am 24 years old, and always having to study study and I’ve noticed it taking a toll at an emotional level. I’ve tried meditation but when I do that I always find myself thinking that I’m wasting time and I should be studying. I always compare my progress to other classmates and when I feel I’m behind them and that they’re doing better than me I totally go haywire. Sometimes I can’t take it and just break down and cry. Can anyone help? How do you stay focused and not worry so much?

well, A very important thing I think is confidence, you must trust yourself you can be better and be the best one.Remember everyone is unique from any other people, and the way people get results is relatively different from the other people.Be yourself ! Keep this in your mind you are excellent, smart,and you can do the best. then another important thing is arranging your time reasonably, classify which period time should be used to study, which should be used to play or have some fun. then follow it strictly. no matter which period you are in,pls focus your attention on it, never set your heart on the other things. finally, go out and do some sports,be open-minded, you shouldn’t always stay away from other people, make some friends and hang out with them.enjoying your self is pretty important too.

Hmm well I simply have a no stress attitude, but telling you not to stress is not going to help you much. Maybe if you planned your time better, got assignments done way in advance, started studying for exams earlier, and I hate to sound cliche but study “smarter not harder”? everyone has their own methods of studying, but there are certain short cuts you can take that might make it more time efficient? Also, this is something that tends to curb my panic, do your classes offer extra credit? Try and do as much as possible, so you know that you dont need a high grade in your final to get an A… And I guess telling you not to compare yourself to others is pointless? Look, at the end of the day, you’re going to graduate and your grades are going to stand on their own… Whether your classmates did better or worse than you in one class is not going to be shown… So why compare yourself to them… And at the end of the day you can only do so much. If you’ve done your best, then thats all you can do…

its okay ,dont fret !! things could have been much WORSE , believe me.

        Want to  try something DIFFERENT ???

just do the following RIGHT NOW ;

1–chant ‘hari om’(hari as in HURRY & om as in HOME without the ‘H’) do this repetedly & a point will come where you will feel like you just want to close your eyes ( in that case case do it).At this point increase the number of O in om like HARI OOOM & then —HARI OOOM— & so on.when you chant this VEDIC MANTRA then remain silent (no thinking!,fidgeting,moving,etc) for an amount of time taken to chant this one mantra.this looks very very simple but its effects are very very very large (even ALBERT EINSTEIN would not had imagine it !!!). this is called ‘CHUP SADHANA’ & I learned it from ‘param pujya ASARAMJI bapu’.—>”www.asharam.org “ also read JEEVAN RASAYAN a book from —“http://hariombooks.goog… “ tihs will help remove all weakness from you,believe me millions have obtained benefits from it ,literally.

note: women durimg their periods are not to chant OM but they can chant HARI

Heres something that I give advice on Meditation is simple if thats all your trying to focus on. Light a white candle Focus on that candle and peaceful mind. This is all you need to focus on Forget about school at that time worry about a stressful level. But if All your worried about school then it wont work
