How to make sure I continue to lose weight?

Ok. I’m not sure how but I have lost about 8-9 pounds in the past week. I havet changed anything throughtout my days or anything. Im happy its happening. Is there any advice to keep this up?

Well, it doesn’t look like you need to lose weight at all!! Matter a fact, you look very skinny!!! I would try to eat healthy and exercise, but you don’t need to lose anymore weight! Please be smart about this and stay healthy! :)

maybe the scale was messed up… cause that’s weird… that’s a lot of weight in a week without trying.. much less with trying…

but to be safe… workout… fastest safest way to lose weight…

do whatever you were doing before..all the time youll do it..maybe you just had extra weight your body felt it needed to lose..I think your body does that sometimes..it does it to me all the time
