How do you make banana cookies?
One day I was wondering and thought is there a such thing as banana cookies and I wanna try one before I die so if you know tell me haha!!!
Make cookie dough and include banana flavour and chips of dried banana or fill in between with banana compote
Chocolate Chip Banana Cookie
1 c. sugar 2/3 c. shortening 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. mashed banana 2 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. soda 3/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chocolate chips
MIx all ingrediants and drop by teaspoons on baking sheet .
Bake at 350 for around 10 mins.
hmmm I dunno if there are banana cookies but in my country, there are banana cake and banana chips.
