How do you loose weight before summer?

Hi, im a girl and I really piged out this winter and summers close and I need to cut down some fat I gained does anybody have any tips?thanks

Eat a healthy snack once every 3 hours. Don’t eat after 5 pm. Exercise daily. Drink 10 glasses of water a day.

And, Weigh yourself at the end of the each week. You’ll see results.
