How do you let go of someone?

How do you let go of someone you know isn’t good for you?

Like, you know you’re gonna get hurt in the end, but you still don’t want to let go of them..

I like Pwincess’s answer better. She’s right - it is far better to hurt yourself in the process of bettering yourself than to allow someone else to hurt you and bring you down.

Story of my life :(

What I did was just tell myself that if its going to hurt either way to make it hurt by myself. Like I made sure I was ending it and not getting played. I braced myself for the worse and turns out it wasnt that bad. I mean the first few days are kinda lame but then you move on. Moving on is the best thing you can do in anything sitiuation like this. Its better to hurt yourself by trying to better yourself then getting hurt by someone whos going to make you worse

Stay strong babe♥

I got the same problem, she was just being mean to me at school and at volleyball game today… you just gotta think of all those things that went wrong, good luck

Answer #6

Sometimes you learn the hard way, you don’t let go, and they hurt you. Then next time they are the reminder and reason you give yourself to not let it happen again.
