How do you get your G.E.D?

when I went to go get my ged I had to take a pre test to evaluate everything. if you are not ready then you go to the school whenever you can and you sit in a classroom with others that are there for the same reason you are and you just study whatever you are not doing well on. Like its pretty embarassing but my reading and comprehension was not at the level it was suppose to be. but its like you study and do like work sheets, take notes. and once you feel like you get it then they will re test you for the pre test and if you pass, they set you up for the real test and for me it was like $50. On the real test there is 5 sections all together if I remember correct;y. You take it over I think in 2 days. All together it took like a month or 2 before I got my ged, but thats only cause I was lacking a certain area. If you go in there and pass the pre test just like that you can have in probably in a week or 2. But there are teachers in the room there if you need them. They’re just not like the teachers in reg. school up at the board teaching, but they are there everyday. Hope this helps.
