Answer #1

Extreme food poisoning defently can be lethal. But more then often you will just go through a few days of being very ill. From what I have heard the most common form of food poisoning comes from the germ salmonella (Salmonellasis). This bacterial disease is the most common cause of sickness in relation to food poisoning. Raw foods such as pork and chicken contain salmonella and you must be very careful to make sure you cook these meats thoroughly to avoid contact with it. Also be weary of chopping boards and cooking utensils which have come into contact with these meats. Beware of food spoiling which may be from re heating food numerous times or not storing it correctly.

Common illness signs are nausea and diarrhea your body’s first reaction will be to find away to release the food which can sometimes be from somewhat violent vomiting or the runs :( it will usually take from 2 to 24 hours for you to start showing symptoms of food poisoning and can last from 48 hrs to up to a week.

you can get food poisoning from a lot of sources. Food that is made by unclean hands, undercooked meat and eggs, even contaminated vegetables. For some people there can be adverse reactions leading to death. One of the fatal diseases are Hemolytic uremic syndrome which is kidney failure that can happen once someone gets infected with a certain food poisoning bacteria. Usually though what happens is vomitting, diarrhea, cramping, and the body gets rid of the infection itself.
