How do you get a felony lifted?

theres a minimum sentance they he can get. but every person is different, so depending on what the judge desides or what they do certian things can happen. he needs to understand why being in possesion of marijuanna was bad. because it causes bad health effects to people. he shuld tell the judge= being in possesion of marijuanna was bad. because it causes bad health effects to people. I’ve been told this before, but I didnt listen. I wasnt sure if it was true or not beacuse I saw many people that are fine and marijuanna only makes them happy with no side effects. and I never saw or heard of any one that ever had a bad side effect from it. I know there is scientific proof that shows marijuanna causes health problems, but I hadn’t seen it for myself, thats why I didnt liseten to the proof. I was wrong for doing that, beacuse just beacuse I didnt see it doesnt mean that it isnt true. I should have better educated myself. I only learned it once in 7th grade and I had forgoten by then. I need to get more education about why its bad. I would like to bring education and proof to other potheads so I can teach them that I was wrong and I can help show them why they need to stop doing it as well. http://alcoholism.about.com/od/pot/a/effects.-Lya.htm he needs to educate himself as much as possible about why marijuanna is bad!!! so he can understand why it is illegal. and really understand it all VERY WELL! beacuse it is a duty of each citizen to educate themselfs about things like this. the judge and cops and everyone is exspecting him to educate himself abuot everything. he may not want to, but its what they want him to do. he needs to at least learn everything about marijuanna why its bad and stuff. beacuse they want him to know why its bad so it can convince him not to do it anymore. they want to put him in prison so he wont be able to continue selling it. they think its a very bad thing, so know why they think that. hopefully the prison is a correctional center, a nice one that actually helps you and trys to make sure you understand why you were wrong and how to be good, really helping you and teaching good habbits instead. the bad ones are the ones where they give you barley anything and treat you bad or ingore you. the good one will give you good information and help you. the bad one will beat you up for no reason and not give you any help.
