how do you lose weight faster? I mean what do ui have to do enable to stay fit and healthy.what shuld I eat enable to lose the fat off.I way 177 lb and I dont know how to lose it all off. please help and reply fast thanx

okay i wieght 175 i am in da 7th grade and i sont felel good about how much i weight so i say excirsie and eat right and do ya sit-ups day work da mid section trust me i do about 100 sit-ups a day dats work and excirsie at home 2 dat helps

Diet and Exercise. I know it sounds old fashion but it works. Weight Watchers is a very good program. They will teach you how to eat right, lose weight and to keep it off for life. It is a very healthy program and well worth the money. My wife has done it and it is such a good program. It is the only program that I think is a life long path to good help.

I also agree that weight loss is best achieved through exercise and an effort to eat right. I have tried all sorts of things. What worked for me was finding something I love to do that is active and rewarding myself for every small step forward. My best form of exercise so far has been dancing around the house as silly as that may seem. I think more than anything else you have to commit to yourself … decide for yourself what you want and stick to it. And give it time… nothing works instantly. Oh and remember to be good to yourself … recognize your stressfull moments and make sure you do something that releases that stress.

I think you should not eat nothing only eat fruits and vegetables that works I’ve dont it lately I love it and dring w.e you feel like it and lotz and lotz of EXERCISE!!! don’t 4GET that works w me

Yes, eating healthy and exercise help, but one of the majors ways to help you eat healthy without only eating veggies or not eating anything, is by just getting the low fat healthy version of everything. For example, get whole wheat pate instead of the normal, instead of cooking brownies cook chocolate chip muffins, they are tasty but they use way less sugar and oil. Try to get in at least 2 hours of exercise a week, that isn’t even a lot, but compared to nothing it is great!

well here is the thing make sure you drink water at all times! its ok if you have pop or any other non water liquids here and there like at partys and stuff butif you drink water then it will get all the bad waist out of your system but, make sure drink about 7 fl oz of water before each small portion meal. Its healthyer if you have a small portion meal every two hours because that way when your walking around and stuff between meals you dont have a a big meal to burn off at one time. Anyway drinking water before each meal makes you feel fuller with less food that you take in so that means less calories in the day because water is wonderfully 0 CALORIES! Anyway the thing is to lose more calories then you take in a day because if you already burned your calories off that you have in a day that means its losing more calories then you had which means it is takingnoff the extra calories or fat you want to burn off! Now if you calculate there is 3500 calories in a pound if you burn about 500 more calorie then you take each day you will lose 1 pound each week, so in a month about 4 or 5 pounds are off your body and youll feel the difference and 4 or five pounds is a lot more then you think now dont think the pounds are going to just slip off in a day! you have to work very hard and get your mind set to it! This is the healthy and the easy way to lose weight instead of waisting your money on weight loss programs that dont work. Suggestable activities wii fit plus it calculates your age and how many calories you lose during an activity!!! And it watches your weight if it goes up or down its great!! ANd another thing Make sure you eat a lot of fruits and vegtables! Dana ANd im 12 years old dont ask how ik all this ha I hope it helps
