Faster weight lose..running or jogging or walking fast?

the best way to loose weight…would be? running? walking fast? or jogging?

if you are not athletic or in shape start with walking fast than move on to jogging when you feel comfortable and than running then start increasing the speed and distance when you are running and also drink lots of water and green tea also helps a lot because it increases your metabolism so do citrus fruits

All of the above, do only what your body is ready for and be patient losing weight. It takes just as long and longer to lose weight as it does to gain. Just get moving.

Brisk walk is very good and is lesser wear and tear on the knee joints…Take care !!
