How do you know if you are fat???

Mi bmi says im not fat and im ideal weight but I stil feel as tho im fat.im energetic and play bball, socca,and netball and aquatic sports a lot but I have loose skin. and if that isnt fat or flab how do you lose it from your thighs???

bmi isn;t awesome! for a start it doesn’t take into account your sex or build. Not very accurate! Try and tone up in the muscle in the areas that you are concerned about by doing resistance excercises (I.e Squats lunges)

No one’s body is perfect, one of the joys of life :P if exercise (you could try yoga, pilates and swimming for toning) doesn’t work you might just have to accept yourself the way you are. The ideal BMI’s 18.5-25 are statistically the most physically attractive BMI to have (actualy studies have shown) so I’m sure no one will care about a bit of loose skin around the thighs :)

lunges are the best medicine for leg fat\flab etc.
