How do I tone up & lose weight?
I want my stomache to be flat, & I want to have like a cut in my leg, you know like a muscle cut? & trust me, having a butt & thighs aint alll that!

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?” One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

I am in the same boat as you. I am currently taking fatblaster dietry pills. I know everyone says that pills arent the answer but these actually make your metabolism faster and supress your appetite, this happens from herbal ingredients in the pills. I suggest Maximum stenghth because I am taking the original ones and they arent strong enough (I think). Also drinking lukewarm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in the morning can help burn calories as well as green tea. If you need any more help or advice feel free to ask me. Or you can search google and there are many great sites that have helpful tips and tricks.
The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.
If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
