How do I tell my parents that Im dating a 16 yr old. Im 14..

My boyfriend is 16 and I’m 14.. We are in love. I know how that sounds but we really are.. We have to tell my parents at some point but I don’t know how to tell them.. They won’t exactly be happy. So we are having a secret relationship.. He doesn’t live in the same town as me.. So I have been staying up late on the phone with him after my parents go to sleep so we can talk. Im very tired from this and I want to tell my parents so that I don’t have to be exhausted all the time.. Any suggestions on how I could tell them? Please and thank you!

Ok well I am about the same age as you hun I had te SAME problem I just told my mother I need to talk with her and she said Yes? I told her what was going on and she talked to me just like my best friend would or something she accully UNDERSTOD me . and she had said she had the same problemm she was 13 that dated a 21yr Well I am a 13 - 14 year old was dating a 17 and we were inlvoe and everything right and I moved away and we are trying to find ways to c eachotehr well I told my dad wasnt too happy but he finally got over it he still doesnt like the boy but I hope he will get over it some day . ! :)

hay … if im honest 2 years isnt to bad im 16 and my bloke is 22 we have been togeather for 14 months so if you think about it in the long run your parents have to get used to it even if they dont like it because if your both in love like you say then your going to be togeather for a long time they might not be happy first of all but if you show your happy with him and he looks after you then im sure your parents will be happy for you just make sure you tell them that hes 16 x

I when throw the same thin i wash 14 datin a 16 year old but my mom could tell there wash something wrong with me and she asked and i gold her that very night he came over to eat dinner with me i mean now I’m 15 and he’s 17 but we r still together and always well be.
