How do I stop these thoughts running threw my mind?!

-.- I’m very sleepy, I have not been sleeping well at all..my bodies tired, but I can’t stop my mind from racing, the last thing I wanna do is be up all night…How do I clear my head so I could fxcking sleep.?! I’m so annoyed I’ve been in a bad mood all day I just wanna sleep I tried napping earlier and I can’t

I had the same problem. I brought some herbal sleeping pills, and I found the best way to turn my mind of was to put my ipod in my ears and lie down and try and relax each individual muscle starting with the feet. see if that helps. good luck!

go to youtube.com and go to a hypnosis thing choose a soothing one listen to it and it will put you to sleep
