How do I stop swearing?

and also just adding I thought you sed you were 5years old and pregnant you scared the hell outta me lol

I no it might sound a little dumb, but when your about to swear, replace the word with something else. Like the person above me said. A friend of mine told me about it because I had to stop swearing so much to because I didnt want my boyfriends child hearing it while I was around. It helped me.

think about what your going to say first. like when I feel the need to say the f word I say fudge or anything thats close to it and I monitor what I think before I say stuff

Everybody swears every once in a while. Just put the words that realy belong in those senteces that involve all those swear words lol
