How do I stop staying up so late for no damn reason?
I can’t figure out why I feel so obligated to stay up till 3 or 4am every night. I do nothing during that time other than browse the web or play video games. I’m 27 and it’s really starting to interfere with my job and social life(or lack thereof). How the hell do I stop? Sheer willpower hasn’t been the trick so far. Part of me feels like I’m wasting time by sleeping, which is nuts, I know.
I dont really sleep too. I only sleep like 2 hours everyday.. sometimes I dont sleep for days.. I do nothing but just sit in the dark, listening to music.. so its normal to stay awake at nites.. :]
lol actualy that been happening 2 me for the past 5 or 6 month I feel like there somthing important I can do other than sleep…I wanna sleep but there sjust somthing needed 2 be done…you need 2 work earlie in the morning and go 2 bed earlie thats what works 4 me if I know I need the sleep
u need to just turn off everything electronic and the lights and just lay in your bed and close your eyes …do that every night till you fall asleep and eventualy your body will get used to it …and you might want to check with a doctor you might have amsomnia
do you keep your tv on all night? because when I have my tv on I cant sleep and I just watch it until I just fall asleep
