How do I stop pigging out?

I always do so good at first. I eat healthy, then I feel good enough to eat something else. Then I just pig out!

I always eat 3000-4000 calories. And I’m not that fat, so I have a smaller stomach, and it fills me up too quickly!

I want to go on a diet, cause I’ve-not kidding- went from 107 to 124 in two months!!! And it’s all because I pig out!

How do I stop??? PLEASE HELP!!!

when you say pigging out do you mean on junk food or just food in general? (ie. sandwiches, pizza, desserts, fruits, etc). I’m guessing it’s from junk food.

the reason why you pig out on junk food is because your body craves it! strict dieting leads to this, so the best is balance. do your exercise, do your healthy eating, but remember to add in a little treat either once a day (say a little candy) or have it once a week…give yourself that sugar rush your body needs. it’s better to eat that 250 calorie chocolate bar once every say 4 days, then for you to end up going on a junk food binge at the end of the week that can go up to 600+ calories…eating a lot of calories all in one day and not spreading it out makes you gain weight super fast

I say it is not about the oreo, but it’s the sleeve that will get you fat.

oh! stir up your eating habits, you actually lose weight if you do because your metabolism doesn’t know how much to burn. meaning, 3000 calories today, but eat 1500 calories tomorrow, eat only negative calories today, and back to normal the next…totally confuse your metabolism…by doing this, it allows you to have a little MINI pig out.
