How do I stop mold from growing while soaking my shirt?
I recently went to a rave and the stuff from the inside of the glow stick got on the shirt I was wearing I was wonder ing if anybody knew how to get these stains off my shirt, it’s currently soaking in sum stain remover I found in my house, but if anyone could give me some helpful tips to save my top I’d be incredibly grateful! Im not sure if I leave it soak over night if it will become moldy?? I’m really worried?? and I was wondering if I should just leave it to soak cas it seems like thats what most people think will help. Will my top go moldy? What will make it go moldy while soaking it??
Mold will not grow on a shirt overnight. Soaking it is fine. Mold needs a specific set of environmental conditions to grow, and ‘’underwater’’ is not one of them.

What happens if I get the chemicals on my clothes?
With normal use this is not an issue, but if you happen to puncture the outer tube and get fluid on your clothes simply wash with warm soapy water. In case of accidental spillage:
- Skin/Body - wash affected area with water.
- Clothing - Wash stained area with warm soapy water and allow soaking for 24 hrs if stain remains dry cleaning is advised.
