Will eating half of my meals help me lose weight?

if I eat half of my meals and healthy snacks, cut out the things I don’t need and exercise 30 minutes a day, will that help me lose weight and gain self control?

Yes, as long as you remember NOT to skip meals, especially breakfast. Don’t let yourself go hungry, it will only slow your metabolism down, making it harder to lose weight.

Your welcome, I live with my mom, step-dad and little brother all who have a VERY big sweet tooth. I’m also trying to lose weight but you have to remember not to give up and once you get on schedule for a few days, it gets much much easier. Starting is the hardest part.

Yep; just keep at it. How good will you look when your thin?! Motivation is key.

And don’t worry, sometimes it is okay to eat junk food, as a treat. If its only one day don’t worry. It wont hurt, I promise.

thanks. I’m having a problem trying to make myself lose weight and keep it up. I live with my grandparents and mom, and it’s pretty hard to not pick up something and eat it. And once I exercise, I sometimes end up stopping and not trying it for a while.

yeah, it’s just that once I go to one bad thing, I’ll go to another, in one day. so I really need to stop trying that.
